CAPAA ("we", "our", or "us") built The Lift as a commercial app. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. The Lift is an offline game that does not require account creation, login, or any form of registration.

Locally Stored Data

The app stores the following data exclusively on your device:

Game progress (level completion times, building unlocks)
Game settings and preferences
In-app purchase status

This data is stored locally using standard iOS storage mechanisms and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

Apple Services

The Lift integrates with the following Apple services, which are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy:

Game Center — If you choose to sign in to Game Center, your best level times may be submitted to Apple's leaderboards. Game Center data is managed entirely by Apple.
In-App Purchases — Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
Location data
Device identifiers or advertising identifiers
Usage analytics or telemetry
Health or fitness data
Contacts, photos, or other device data

Third-Party Services

The Lift does not include any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or crash reporting services. The only network communication occurs through Apple's own Game Center and StoreKit frameworks.

Children's Privacy

The Lift does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is safe for use by children.

Data Retention

Since we do not collect any data, there is no data to retain. Locally stored game progress remains on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app.
