How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings inside the game and tap "Restore Purchases". This will restore any previously purchased content using your Apple ID.
My progress was lost after reinstalling.
Game progress is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, progress will be lost. We recommend keeping the app installed to preserve your data.
The game is running slowly on my device.
Try closing other apps running in the background. The Lift is optimized for iPhone and requires iOS 16.0 or later.
How do I submit a score to the leaderboard?
Make sure you are signed in to Game Center in your iPhone settings. Scores are submitted automatically when you complete a Story mode level.
